Darselect is a variety that produces attractive, tasty and firm fruit. Darselect performs particularly well at slightly higher temperatures. The fruit is slightly elongated, and has a good, sweet flavour. Compared to Elsanta, Darselect is more prone to bruising.
The plant gives a good yield, including at high temperatures.
